Joining
- Sign up for free on the members page with your mobile number or email, or ask our team at the counter.You start with 50 welcome points.
- Choose a PIN so you can sign in any time to see your points, your tier and your rewards.
Earning points
1 point for every S$1 you spend.
In-store

- Before you pay, give our team your mobile number, or show the QR code on your member card.
- Your points are added straight away.

- Order with the same email or mobile number as your membership.
- Points are added automatically once your order is confirmed, on your order subtotal after discounts (delivery isn't included).

Earn it in a year, keep it the next. Tiers are based on points you earn from spending in a calendar year (January to December). Reach Silver or Gold and it's yours for the rest of that year and the whole of the next. Redeeming rewards never lowers your tier.
Birthday month: double points on everything, plus a free Sugee Cake slice when you dine in, S$30 off bills of S$100+ in-store, and 25% off online orders of S$100+.
Points last 12 months from the day you earn them. Your oldest points are always used first, and your member page shows when your next points expire.

Silver members earn 1.25 points per S$1 and Gold members 1.5, so rewards come sooner as you move up. In your birthday month every point counts double. Points last 12 months from the day you earn them.
Redeeming online
No codes to copy — one tap does it.
- Sign in to your membership and go to Rewards.
- Tap "Add to my online order" on the reward you'd like and confirm.
- You land on quentins.com.sg with your reward ready: a free item is already in your cart, or your S$ off is applied at checkout.A free item goes to S$0 as soon as you add anything else to your order.
- Add what you'd like and check out.Not ordering right now? Your reward waits under "Ready to use" on your member page, and in your email, for 30 days — tap "Add it to my order" whenever you're ready.
Redeeming in-store
At Ceylon Road or Sentosa, two easy ways.
Option 1
Just ask
- Tell our team you'd like to use a reward and give your mobile number.
- We'll redeem it from your points and take it off your bill.
Option 2
Bring a code
- On your member page, tap "Use in-store" on the reward.
- Show the code at the counter. It's valid for 30 days.
Good to know
One reward per purchase or visit — no stacking. Only one reward — one free item or one S$ off — can be used on each bill or online order. Rewards can't be combined with each other, or with discount codes, promotions, birthday offers, set-menu deals or dining vouchers. Full terms and conditions
Free items come with any purchase. There's no minimum spend — just have at least one other item on your bill or in your order.
Once you redeem a reward, it's yours to use within 30 days.
